Could you please tell me how to restrict the ability to leave comments on the mockup for viewers?

It’s not possible at the moment. In the meantime there is a feature proposition (to enable/disable comments) you can upvote

Would also like to weigh in on this one and keep it alive 
Our team would really benefit from this feature. We have multiple clients who keep commenting on open projects after the feedback deadline has passed.
