I’ve just found out that I only have a few votes left. According to this post, it’s based on my “trust level” gleaned from my posting activity and it is unexpected for people to reach this limit.



So that leads me to questions:



  1. What activity raises vs lowers our trust levels? I think I’m fairly active, so it doesn’t seem to just be activity in general that raises it.

  2. Is there a view in our summary/dashboard where we can see our votes remaining?

  3. Is there a way to see our own trust level?

Thanks for reaching out. Regarding your trust level, you can check from your profile. The steps are Select your profile > Summary > Expand. I attached the screenshot. This feature is coming from the tool, Discourse, we are using, so please feel free to check out the article on how the activities affect the trust level.

For the transparency, I also attached the screen shot of how many votes you have in each level. Unfortunately, we cannot show the remaining. I share your feedback to our internal team so we can discuss if the current number of votes are the right level.
