Why our team member can't see any previous project or files

Since last week your files seems to be missing. When we try to edit any thing in figma shows a popup to us saying ’ you need access ’

We are using a company provided plan and all of us entering the system with our company emails.

There is no deleted files in the drafts or deleted folder.
Why cant we reach our existing files
