Hey @DEEPA_S_VIJI, thank you for reaching out!
Did you use a custom size? That automatically scales the design, so that it fits within the screen you are viewing the prototype on.
You can see in my screen recording I have chosen a custom size but choose a certain device type. When I clicked on present it scaled the frame. You might experience a similar issue?
Also, are you able to share a copy of your file with me? I can have a look at it myself.
Feel free to check out Help Center article on how to set prototype device and background settings
Thanks in advance!
Hey @Gayani_S, thanks for the response.
No, it was not due to the custom size, I had my preview device set to none. I deleted the component and re-did it through another approach that I got better outcome but I’m still not sure why the issue popped the first time.
Thanks for updating! Glad to hear it’s working for you now.
Did this issue happen in the browser, desktop app or both?
I’d recommend to clear out the cache. Here are some information to troubleshoot: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040523973-Troubleshooting-checklist 1
Also, please try to force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window (or force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it.)
Feel free to reach out to us if you’re experiencing the issue again. If would really help if you could share then a screen recording with us.
Thank you,
Gayani
I use the desktop app and I even tried force quitting and nothing worked but when i re-did it again, the issue got resolved.
Glad to hear that your issue got resolved. Please feel free to reach out if you should come across the same issue again!
