Why do my designs get destroyed when I swap libraries to 1:1 copies?

  1. I want to continue someone’s job.
  2. I copy the main design file and 2 libraries.
  3. In the copy, I try to swap the old libraries to the 2 new ones (exact copies).
    The result is the original design gets destroyed in some areas.

Why is it so?
