Duplication of entire project: design files with multiple cascading libraries

I would like to duplicate my design system in order to apply it to another brand.

First, No I can’t use Themer. I tried and it only handles colors, fonts and fx.

I have four libraries that cascade. Using Atomic Design Theory, I have atoms, components, organisms and templates broken out into individual libraries, calling from the one before. The design files call stuff from all of these.

I need to copy the entire design system and create a new brand. When I duplicate the files, they all point to the original library files. How do I point them at the newly created duplicates? Is there a way to do this? I know I can update the paths for each individual element to the correct library and correct called element, BUT I literally have thousands of elements in those four libraries. It’s a big DS for a big company project.

Anyone have any ideas. Sorry if I missed previous conversations about this. I know I’m not the only one needing to do this.
