Why did all the installed fonts get lost after I restarted Figma

After installing Figma, I was able to use it normally. However, after I closed Figma yesterday and reopened it today, I found that all the installed fonts were gone, and my colleague experienced the same issue. We’ve tried reinstalling Figma Agent, restarting Figma, and various other solutions, but the problem still can’t be resolved.

Thank you for your reply. I tried clearing the cache, but it didn’t help at all. This issue has occurred on both my desktop client and web browser, and my computer is running macOS 14.4.1. From what I’ve gathered, users on macOS 12 are not experiencing this issue, and neither are Windows users. Additionally, some other designers I know have encountered this situation. They have managed to fix the issue occasionally by restarting Figma, but I have tried this and it has been of no help at all.I am currently in urgent need of a solution to this problem
