For a beginner, you should try to design for mobile first, it’s easier to go bigger than it is to get smaller. When selecting the frame tool in the toolbar you ca use the dropdown in the right sidebar to select a frame preset for popular device and assets templates.

I’d recommend working with variable modes to switch easily between device frames. You can have a look at the following YouTube videos:
