Hi. Happy with the new variables, it’s so much fun to play around with! However, when chaning one color variant to another, in prototyping, i am onl allowed ‘hardcoded’ color selection. See screenshot. This is a big issue imo, as it renders the feature unusable for larger design systems.

I can confirm we’re currently working on future variable updates and this includes dynamic/gradient colors. I won’t be able to share an ETA for it but it will be possible at some point to use dynamic colors with variables
