After the update, I entered a project that I had not opened for a long time, and as you can see, only the cover is alive and the rest of the pages are blank.
The style guide is the same, but why has all the content disappeared?
The project is gone. What should I do!
Is there a set storage period for the free version draft?
Hi @hj.lim, Thanks for reaching out! I understand your concern. Let’s see how we can address this together.
Firstly, could you please try accessing the version history of the file and see if rolling back to a previous version restores the missing content?
If you’re part of a Starter team, you can view up to 30 days of a file’s version history and Professional and Education teams or organizations can access a file’s entire version history.
Here are the instructions : View a file’s version history
If that doesn’t seem to solve the problem, could you check a couple more things for us:
- Does this issue occur only in the desktop app, in the browser, or both?
- Are any other collaborators experiencing the same issue?
If the issue still persists after these checks, I suggest reaching out to our support team for further assistance here:https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
When you contact our support team, please include the following information
- Make sure to use your Figma account Email.
- please add support-share@figma.com as an Editor to one of the affected file (this won’t affect your billing at all) and send those direct links
Hope it helps. If I misunderstood anything please let us know. Also, if anyone from our community has additional suggestions please share here.
Thanks again for reaching out.
