Problems with 2 monitors and Figma

I use Dell U2723QE and Dell P2720DC connected to a 14 inch macbook pro via usb-c. On both monitors I have this strange color viewing behavior.
It only happens on external monitors.
I tested it in other graphic editing tools but I didn’t encounter any problems.
