Need to access my published library after losing changes in my current file

Hi! I’m new to figma. I made a ton of changes to a figma file (styles and components) and then published it as a library. I’ve been using that library in an active project.

I came back a couple hours later and the original file has lost all my changes. I’ve checked the version history and everything is missing there too.

However my publish library is still show my updated styles and components. Is there a way I can access/download that library so that I don’t have to make all the changes again?
