My files are disappeared!

I’ve just realized that some of my files disappeared from Figma!!!
I’ve read all the topics, but didn’t find any solution and i’ve checked several times different accounts.
Seems Figma has this bug and too many people faced it before. I’ll be soooo grateful if someone can help me to turn it back.

  1. Can you please search in the search bar, located on the top left corner of the home page? Or you can, if you use the Figma application open a new tab (command+t and Ctrl+t on Windows) then search from here.

  2. If you not able to find your files: on the home page, in the left panel, go to Draft and then to Deleted, you should be able to see everything that has been deleted. If you are on a Enterprise plan or above you may contact your admin to look more in depth in the Admin settings.

  3. Were these files were in drafts?
    For users on a Starter or Professional team, we’ve relocated where your drafts live. You’ve been asked to move your drafts into a team space.
    You can navigate to all your teams via the new drop-down, the contents of the side bar view will now depend on the team you’ve selected in the drop down.
    Can you please double-check the team picker in the side bar and see if you can locate all your teams there and find your files in these teams?

  4. Also, could you check if someone else has edit access to the file? Would it be possible that it has been moved to a different project or team?

If you’re still not able to find the files elsewhere. Do you have a URL of the missing files? If so please reach out to our support team, they can investigate further. You can search for the link in your browser’s history, or ask collaborators who may have it.

Oh, fixed it! Sorry, my bad.

For sure i’ve tried all of these before make a topic, but it doesn’t work for me. No, i don’t have a links, because i make project for myself.

Hey @Yan_Nemalovskiy, I am confused were you able to find your files or are you still stuck?
If you’re still stuck can you try finding the URL with the help of your browser’s history?

Can you please confirm if you you have URL’s of the missing files? You can search for the link in your browser’s history, or ask collaborators who may have it.
The support team would need them to investigate. If you have the URL, I can submit a support ticket on your behalf.
