Lost old files

When I went back to Figma this morning and searched for some old files, they were completely gone from my work, and those files were owned by only me, no other members. They wouldn’t just show up in the recent as well as in the drafts or trash. I have no idea where those files went. Please help me find those files, as those files are very important to me.

I understand that you’ve taken the time to thoroughly check the Drafts and Trash for every team you have access to. However, could you please have another look at the followings?

If you’re part of multiple teams, it would be great if you could check within each one. Also, if you happen to have more than one account, giving the other account a quick check would be incredibly helpful.

If you’ve searched through the suggested locations and still can’t locate your files, please inform us.
We will then proceed to create a support ticket for you so that we can give you the dedicated help needed to resolve this issue. At this time, we can’t guarantee the recovery of the file, but we will do our best to assist you.

For the support ticket, it would be helpful if you could prepare the URL(s) of the missing file(s). You might be able to retrieve the URL from:

  • Your web browser’s history.
  • Any previous conversations where you might have shared the file with colleagues.
  • The ‘File > Recently Closed’ menu if you’re using the desktop app.

I searched through the suggested locations and still can’t find my file, this is my own working file, so I never shared it with anyone. As far as I remember, the file name is ‘‘CV’’ or ‘‘Portfolio’’,… can you help me find them again.
