Hello, I just graduated and soon, my school will delete my educational email. In my current account, I have all of the projects I worked on for the last 5 years. I would like to keep them, as I might need them in the future, in order to show them for employment, portfolios, etc. All of us, graduating students from my school, learned that information last week and we have no idea what to do about it.

I tried to change the email on my account but it’s not editable.

I tried to contact the Figma support, but they replied to me saying I only have a Starter account, so I can only receive support from community…

I’d really appreciate some help on that matter, I just want to keep all of the projects I worked on for the last 5 years.

Hi there, @Emilie_KIM. If you’re the owner of the file you should be able to transfer either the project to a new team/organization or transfer the ownership of the file to a different account/email. Here are some help articles that outline these actions:
