Can't Transfer Folder/Team Ownership because there's no Owner Option

I wanted to transfer ownership to a different account since the account I am using now is a student email from my university which will be deleted soon after I graduate. I want to transfer the ownership to my personal account so I can still access all my work.

However, when I check the members and try to edit their roles, I cannot assign ownership to the account I need. This account only has the ‘Admin’ option available, while other members can be made owners.

How can I fix this?
