I took subscription for 1 year plan but today only three months happen Figma is locked my screen he is saying like that please update the payment method how can i resolve this issue please resolve my issue asap .
Hey @kumar.ashish, welcome to the community! This usually happens because there are added seats outside the original annual agreement.
If you add more full seats to your team (either Figma design, FigJam, or Dev Mode seats), Figma will charge you for those seats on a separate monthly subscription. In order to fix it, you can downgrade these seats. You can check this article to follow these steps:
