I can't use plugins

I installed plugins.
But i can’t found out it when i right-clicked on canvas.
How can i use it?

Try reloading the design file tab.

I reloaded the design file tab and restarted my computer , but still same.
Nothing changed.

Do you have permission to edit the file? Or do you have a View-only mode?

I have a View-only mode.

Unfortunately, plugins are not available in View-only mode.
