Hi there! I need your help, I need to edit the file of my client, but I can’t edit it even if I am in the list of editors. I was able to edit during these past few days, but not anymore.
Anyone, ideas?

Is this happening both in browser and using the desktop app? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
- logging out and back in
- clearing your desktop app’s cache
- un-installing and re-installing the desktop app

I have logged out from both app and browser, and now that i have logged in again, on the browser there is a yellow banner telling me that the file is an education team file.
→ They told me that they did courses on figma, and used a education account.
So now, If they change to a professional account, or if they transfer the ownership to an other account, will it make me able to edit their files again ?
