recently encountered an issue with my Figma account and I’m hoping to get some assistance.
Accidentally, I added an annual payment charge to my Figma subscription. Unfortunately, this charge has been added to the total for the upcoming month. I’m reaching out to see if there’s a way to remove or adjust this charge as it was added unintentionally.
I’ve already reached out to Figma’s support team regarding this matter but haven’t received a response yet. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar situation and if there are any suggestions on how to resolve it.
Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Our support team usually takes up to 24 hours to reply back to emails - tends to be quicker than that in normal circumstances. However, please be aware that we are facing increased contact volume so there might be a delay.)
For reference and for the community who is having the same issue: the “Add additional seats” option from your Admin Console > Setting tab will always add annual seats; if you need to add monthly seats, you can do so by inviting the user to your team, and then upgrading their seat from “viewer” to “full” from your Admin Console > Members tab. Thank you very much for the response. Yes, I understand that. My question is whether this additional annual charge that now appears on my billing will be removed. Because it’s there unintentionally, and I have no way to delete it. I’m reaching out to see if there’s a way to remove or adjust this charge as it was added unintentionally.
Yes! The billing tab from your Admin Console icon > Billing tab can take up to 24 hours to update, but it should be up to date now. So you should be able to see that the future charge was removed!

You can cancel your Professional plan by clicking on “Admin” under your team name (ZEUS Contabilidad), then switching to the Settings tab. Once you confirm, your plan will remain active through the period you’ve paid for, and will automatically downgrade to the free Starter plan on your next billing date.
