Hover and Scroll at the same time in a prototype

If I add a hover to show an overlay, the page isn’t able to be scrolled when hovering over the element. Hover function stops scrolling in prototype, I have to move the cursor out of this element in order to countinue prototype.

That’s how overlays work, however soon you won’t need them for hover states.
