Help, I only have anyone can view with the link vs only invited. Bug?

I have a very weird bug happening.
I shared a prototype, and now I want to change permission from anyone with the link can view to “only person invited”.

Problem, I don’t have this option appearing anymore…

Anybody knows why ?
