I have performance issue regarding prototype in my pc but they worked fine in other pc. What could be the problem? Any suggest?

There’s a lot of things that can lead to this. By default, it could be a difference of specs (one PC having better specs than the other) but it could also be some issues with Drives, versions of your browser of Figma software,…
