“Education team” Issue.
I have registered our school (IDS SPB) to the “Education Program” from my e-mail urho.rattel@gmail.com.
The web address to our school: https://spb.designschool.ru/
I have received the confirmation e-mail from Your team by e-mail.
Now, when my students try to Verify education status, then IDS SPB is not on the list of schools available.
Why is it unavailable?
Or is there something else that needs to be done to get our school on that list?

I am the Designer Advocate for education here at Figma. I can get your school onto the list. For now, if they list “School not listed” and write in “IDS SPB” in the following field, that should work for them. It might be about a week or so until you see it on the list. Feel free to ping me if you have any issues.
Now when you say that you ‘registered your school’ can you tell me exactly what you did?

Thank you for your feedback.
The school has a 15 year experience in design teaching. The main focus at first was interior design.
But for the past 8 years we have had web design department as well.
We teach the beginner web-designers. The courses can be from 6 months up to 1 year.
My main job is to teach UX design and if everything goes as planned, then from 2022 we open the courses for mobile apps.
I have used Figma for almost as long as you have been on the market. The tool is very good to use!
From the feedback I have received, them most of our graduates have continued with Figma.
