When I select multiple variables and then right-click on one of them, it deselects all but the one I right-clicked on, so I can only create a new group with one variable vs. all the variables I originally selected. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? See around 3:15 in this Figma tutorial video for what I am trying to do/follow.
Hi @Joe_Silva i checked this from my end in both the desktop and browser but was able to select multiple variables from the collection and then right click and select to add them to a new group.
I would suggest checking from another browser or desktop application. I would also suggest to check for any browser extensions or applications you have installed which might interfere with your mouse or keyboard actions.

I’m facing the same issue with the exact same behavior. I tried both desktop and browser (macos Monterrey, arc and chrome), closing third parties that could interfere.
Note that right-clicking a group selection works in the layer panel for example.

I should also note that right-clicking also works for me apart from the variables case.
