Conventions for local component replacement of slot components

Hi there.

Just wondering what is a good convention for where people put local components within a design file, to replace slot components used within a design system component? For example, a slot component used as a placeholder in a card or modal content.

I’m thinking a separate page at the end of the document to keep pages clutter-free but would love to hear any other ideas
