Comments are acting funny

Hi, comments are acting funny in recent 3-4 weeks. Not everytime, but often when I create comment taggin someone, comment will shake or button “Post” disappears.

I’m using Mac OS native app and latest update 107.0 - I would like to upload video, but new users can’t do that apparantly.

Am I alone, or is this currently looked into? It was working fine before, but with recent update is actually frustrating to create multiple comments. Thanks
