Our team projects’ comments had disappeared recently, and we need them urgently.
Wonder why it disappeared- Does this error occur starting from the ‘old comments’?
Is this all because we are using the ‘free’ account? If we upgrade the account to ‘premium’ and over, are we free from this error?
- We’ve tried close the figma and access on it again, turning off the computer / turning it on again, however, nothing worked at all. We were planning to upgrade the account, but well… if this kind of problem continues, perhaps we have to change our plan.
