Clicking precision

I’m a huge fan of Figma but one thing that drives me crazy is that the clickable area around items is to big.

If two items are close to each other but not overlapping and one is above the other or is the container for the other I find my self having to zoom in way to close to be able to select the bottom /contained item.

For example, I thin line within a frame close to the border is not clickable unless I zoom in really close. Instead the frame border is selected when I try to click the one because it’s close by.

Anyone else find that they have way better precision with the Mouse than Figma seams to assume?
