Billing question - How to cancel monthly sub?

This is probably a dumb question, but I have an annual sub and a monthly sub. I think the monthly sub was activated by mistake by a guest dev on our team. I kicked them off the monthly seat, but I don’t see an option to just cancel my monthly sub and keep my annual sub. Does anyone know what I can do here?!

I’ve read this already, but I don’t want to cancel my entire plan, just my monthly plan.

I’ve submitted a request already, just wanted to see if I was just missing something.
