The need to change the annual plan to monthly

Please explain how you can return the monthly plan after switching to the annual plan.

The fact is that we mistakenly transferred one of the user groups to the annual plan by mistake, and we cannot find the opportunity to return to the monthly plan.

I already wrote a ticket to technical support, but it has been ignored for 6 days. I wrote another one in the hope that our ticket will be seen. It seems that technical support either does not see tickets or checks them for a very long time.

Please tell me how to return the monthly plan to a group of users after having issued an annual plan.

And if you have to cancel the subscription and then register it again, will the files and user projects be lost?

This situation is very critical for us, we need to manage to somehow return the monthly plan back before the end of this month. Preferably without canceling the current subscription
