I am new to Figma and designing an app screens, but the problem i am stuck at is if i have to change my screen size then b=my buttons logo and all changes according to the way i want. But the text size which should increase or decrease doesn’t change but just its boundary box increases or decreases as the screen size is changed

This is currently expected behavior. Text size is not automatically responsive. You would need to build this capability out within your design.
But there are workaround solutions from the community that may help. Here’s an example:
