I can't select "Fix position when scrolling"

I want to fix the header part, but for some reason I can’t select “Fix position when scrolling”.
Please help if anyone knows what is going on.

I’ve attached a screenshot of my figma screen. It’s in Japanese, but I’ve included a translation.

    I did what you said and then pinned the object and it worked.
