How to add a plugin on a figma page UI

someone added by mistake a plugin on this Figma page. It’s a great feature, how can i use it? (please see the image)

If you are asking as a designer:How to add plugin shortcuts in the right sidebar?only those plugins are added to the Properties panel, the authors of which have implemented a special code.
