I also have the same problem. Had a free account, but now that company is paying for the license using my same company email, It still says it’s free

I did some research, and I’d like to ask you for more info:
Subscription upgrades are based on teams, and not account. Meaning, if your company is paying for a seat that is assigned to you, you would only have access to paid features in the specific team they added you to.
It looks like you may have this access on a team that has “Master” in the title – do you recognize that team name? If so, you should be able to see paid features for any work you do in that team specifically.
