Unable to contact the sales team. Does they even exist?

I’ve been trying to contact Figma’s sales team since yesterday regarding unexpected charges and deductions for the premium plan. Despite multiple attempts, I haven’t received any callbacks or emails from their sales or support teams. Every time I call, I’m instructed to press 2 to connect, but when I do, I get an ‘invalid selection, please try again’ message. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Does Figma’s sales team even exist?
