Some kind of status or best guess on resolution time would be nice. At least to get some kind of planning timeframe.
Perhaps a ongoing status-update every 30 minutes or so on the “Latest Info and Announcements” category could also give you some breathing room?
Just an idea, I know your all working hard to solve this

We should be back up and running but we’re still actively monitoring everything.
I’m still experiencing problems.
Files not being loaded and changes on the file I was working is not saved.

It is working but pretty slow.
Yeah some services may be slow as everything spins back up. We’re still monitoring though and everything looks to be heading in the right direction.
What happened? It’s in the middle of a work day. We got stuck before a presentation.
