Please make it so that comments can be moved with a single move.
It’s a very bad idea when you have move the comment bubble first and then open a comment to move the comment frame. Very often after moving, you press the wrong button - resolve instead of close. And the comment is lost forever 
IMHO following would be nice:
Single click on the comment: The comment i selected and you can change the position and the frame.
Double click: The comment opened.
