I have a doubt and I would like to get some support if possible. Which is the difference between the professional and organizational plan? For a team of 11 designers, would the professional plan be enought? Does anyone here works in a company that uses Figma?

11 designers sounds like Professional plan might be enough, however Organization would be a bulletproof choice. It really depends on your specific team and company organization, so I would suggest you contact Figma sales team to book a free demo and consult with them. https://www.figma.com/organization/
