Hello. I just bought Professional team (monthly) subscription to Figma. But I can’t use my dev Mode. I need help
Hello @Berkay_Sutlu, Thank you for contacting us about this! When you switch to Dev Mode, do any of the following messages pop up for you?
1. Upgrade to Professional
If you see this message, could you please check if the file you’re having trouble with is located in the upgraded team?
If the file is not in the upgraded team, please try moving it in the upgraded team to access Professional features. You can check the guide at: Move a file
2. Request access
If you don’t have edit access to the file, you won’t be able to access Dev mode. This is true even if the file is in a professional team.
If you are facing this pop up, can you check if you have edit access to the file? - Request to edit a file
If none of the above applies, I recommend contacting our support team at: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?
When you reach out, please make sure to include following so they can take a closer look:
- Your Figma account email
- the URLs of the affected file
