I’ve lost access to my old email account, so I can’t log in in my Figma account. It was alright before email confirmation codes were introduced. I filled out contact forms and still didn’t get a reply from support team.

I did some digging, and I do see that someone on our support team reached out to you on October 14. I think that response may have been directed to the (inaccessible) email associated with your account currently, instead of the one you expected contact at.
