Lost access to my email address and Figma account

Hi! I lost access to my emails linked to my Figma account and can no longer login, since I will now have to confirm my login via email address (so I created this temporary account). Is there any way to change my email address? I sent a message two the support team but am not sure if it reached the Figma support team, and sadly I do not know the ticket number of my request.

Thanks for reaching out to the community. Are you able to set up email forwarding to send emails from your email you don’t have access to a different email address? If so, we recommend setting that up so that you can reset your password. Then you can access your Figma account and update your email address as needed.

I’m afraid I cannot access the setup for my emails since I lost access altogether… I sent the support team a message from the account email address nxxxxxx.txxx_axxxxxxxxxx@smail.th-koeln.de and asked to reply to another email address (nxxxxxx.txxxxx@gmail.com), since I am unable to receive any emails for the first one.
So if I send a new request, which email address should I use for my Figma account email address? Because I am not sure the support team will reply to the email address I’ve written down in the message.

Since I entered the email address from which I can no longer retrieve nor reply to emails in the enquiry, I assume that the reply from the Figma support team was automatically sent to this email address (I had actually entered an email address in the text field where I can be reached, but nothing arrived at this email address, not even in the spam folder). So I created a new enquiry on Friday and then replied to this automatic email but I have yet to receive a reply.
