How can I remove credit card information in payment?

I would like to change personal credit card to company credit card in professional plan. So, I would like to remove personal card information and update card information in my account.

If you’re a team owner or admin, you can easily update the payment method from your team’s settings tab. If you’re not, just reach out to them and they should be able to assist you with this!

This is not working, this article’s just only tell how to add new credit card to system, without provide how to remove existing card.

I’m afraid that it’s currently not possible to delete a payment method without first adding a new one through self-service.

This is a really dark design pattern. I want to remove my card details from Figma, but I’m unable to do so. Is this compliant with GDPR? As a European citizen, I don’t believe it is. Additionally, I was charged for seats I didn’t approve. This is unacceptable, and I’m considering taking legal action.

For others in the community who may have a similar issue, this typically occurs when additional seats are added outside the original annual agreement. - There are additional charges in my Figma bill

As mentioned in How do people get a paid seat?, the “Viewer” seat can self-upgrade to full seats without approval from the team admin.

To prevent additional charges in the future, you can also change the team’s default role in the admin settings from “Viewer” to “Viewer - Restricted.” This will assign a restricted role to any new team collaborators, allowing only admins to upgrade them to paid editors. - Set default roles

We also recommend that an admin sets up email notifications to monitor who has upgraded and the actions that led to their upgrade. - Get notified when people upgrade to an editor role
