Can figma make Ipad specific apps like Concepts and Mockup

I wonder If Figma can build a separate app for iPad which will have capabilities of writing with or drawing with a pencil.

The Figma and FigJam app for iPad allows you to sketch with Apple Pencil in a FigJam file.

Outside of the app (e.g. on desktop or mobile browser on iPad), drawings you make in FigJam can be copied and pasted into Figma.
