Blocked on professional team after paying the year plan

Hi, we bought the year plan of the professional, for one month it was fine, but after 1 month it tried to charge again, even after we pay for the hole year. And now we are blocked, only with the free plan like we didn’t pay for the year plan. We need this fix as fast as possible!
