Professional Plan for a Teacher

Although I’m being recognized as a teacher, whenever I try to update to the Professional Plan, it says I’m going to be charged. A coworker did not have this issue. We deleted my account and I tried again, doing it how they did it, but it didn’t fix it. Any ideas? I really want to be able to transfer all my jamboards over before October 1st!

For example: Unable to select “Yes” for “Is this an education team?” as described in step 5 of “Upgrading an existing team” in this article
