Set prototype settings on a file level

I’d like to be able to change the settings (device, fit/fill/size, enable shortcuts, hide UI, and possibly set the default transition and scrolling type) for all of the prototypes in a file in one place, rather than on each flow or page in a file.

If not a single menu, having an “apply changes to all flows” button or something would help a lot!
