Option to add a question or tag a comment as a question

I would like an option to differentiate a comment vs a question so when I am sharing designs with clients, I know where are the key questions to focus on vs general comments by myself or other users.

    Any update on if this will be added? I very frequently add annotations to my docs with the comments feature since my company doesn’t have dev mode but there are also questions I would want to ask people in stakeholder meetings. I want to be able to keep the comments and questions separate.
