Onboarding experience needs work for potential new customers. I want a one-stop app that’s easy but I want to see it in action, first.


I’d suggest you let the free trial experience everything the app has to offer. I’m only one day in, and already told I’ve reached my limit, can’t do this or that. Seems counter intuitive to make me feel frustration already Haha!


I want to experiment with everything and see if I like it for awhile. But facing roadblocks everywhere is a big turn off.


Not much incentive for me to take time here when we have other competing apps already doing what I want.
