Figma Slides improvement - Footer as a component with pagination

I noticed that Figma Slides is already assigning slide numbers to each slide you create, so I’m hoping it will be easy in the future to create a slide footer component and assign a built-in slide number variable to it. For now, I created a slide components library in another file and am pulling my footer in from there, but I would like to be able to do the automatic slide number thing.

Agreed…manually editing things like the “Company” and “Date” on every slide can be a daunting undertaking!

It would be nice to update the header and footer on one slide, have the option to update all slides and not have to write the same thing several times for every slide
